How to book your Battlefield Tour
In order to ensure we can accommodate your request please contact us as early as you possibly can (pre-Covid we were usually fully booked up to 6-9 months in advance). When emailling us, please confirm how many people are in your group and where you wish the tour to commence and conclude. If we are able to offer you a tour then pre-payment of the fee by PayPal shall be required in order to confirm your tour (all payments are non-transferable and non-refundable, however, if in the very unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour you shall receive a full refund - please ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place which will cover you if for any reason you need to cancel your trip).
Please remember you may be visiting areas that exist on rough terrain. Although the Normandy climate is mainly pleasant in the summertime, weather conditions at any time of year may be inconsistent, please make sure you are wearing the appropriate clothing, especially the correct footwear. Most places we visit are easy to access. Some however exist on difficult terrain and will involve a fair amount of walking and physical exertion. Some sites are not practical for those people with mobility or health issues. If in our opinion a person (for whatever reason) cannot easily access such sites we reserve the right to change the tour itinerary without notice. Please note that in France there are very strict laws on driving whilst under the influence of alcohol. Your reservation is accepted on the condition that whoever is driving the vehicle will not consume any alcholic beveridge during the tour.
Each individual tour member is responsible for their own travel insurance.
